Velna Louise Harper Wafford Wagner

Velna Louise Harper Wafford Wagner, age 83, of Lonoke passed away Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017 at North Metro Medical Center in Jacksonville. She was born Nov. 1, 1933 in Prattsville, the daughter of the late Roy Harper and Thelma Holiman Harper. Mrs. Wagner was a 1951 Pine Bluff High School graduate. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael Wafford; and grandson, James Wafford. Left to cherish her memory, husband, Allan Wagner of Lonoke; son, Jerry Wafford of Memphis, Tenn.; granddaughter, Brooke and husband, Cameron; and one great-grandson.
