Vernon Brown

Vernon Brown of Cabot, a Korean War U.S. Army veteran, passed away Sunday July 9, 2017 at the age of 81. Vernon graduated from Humnoke High School in 1953 and worked for AT&T for 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; Henry and Madia (Lentz) Brown; his sister; Patty Collins; his daughter, Kim Smith and his son Bill Pile. Mr. Brown is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda S. Brown; his brother Dale McKinney, his sister, Betty (Don) Robinson; two sons, Robert (Lorna) Brown, Don (Judy) Pile; two daughters, Rhonda Brown and Kate Brown; ten grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many relatives.
