Harold E. Gay

Harold E. Gay, 88, of Springdale passed away July 17, 2017. He was born March 25, 1929 in Floral, Arkansas to John E. and Dora Jennings Gay. Harold married Shirley Love in January 1966 in Carmichael, California. He and Shirley enjoyed spending time with family crossing the country on many road trips. Harold worked in the plumbing profession for 69 years. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Howard Gay. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Gay, of the home, three daughters, Donna Conner (Dennis), Springdale, Kathy Dewberry (Bill), Springdale, Susan Hyatt (John), Oklahoma City, brother, James Gay (Gladys) and sister-in-law, Geneva Gay. Their grandchildren, include Dena Jansen (Mike), Kevin Conner (Kim), Regina Womack (Jeff), Derick Conner, Michael Dewberry (Kelly), Brian Dewberry, David Dewberry (Alisa). Great-grandchildren include, Brandon and Lindsay Jansen, Derek and Preston Conner, Samantha Shrimplin, Jake Atkisson, Keely and Conner Womack, Maisie, Nelson, Brayden, Gavin and Mason Conner, Michael II, Jeffrey and Emmaline Dewberry, Robert and New Baby Dewberry. Great Great Grandchildren, Kalen Conner, Kellyn Shrimplin, Khloe Conner, James Atkisson, Johnny Conner and Brantley Shrimplin, Shiloh Dewberry. Pallbearers for the service will be: Michael Dewberry, Kevin Conner, Derick Conner, Mike Jansen, Matt Gay, and Brian Dewberry. Services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Visitation will be held Friday, July 21, 2017, 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
