The fourth son of Robert and Willie Mae Milton, Robert Allen Milton, was born on September 18, 1964 in Little Rock, AR. A thinker & a tinkerer from the early age of 3, Robert began what became a very adventurous life of mastering how things worked by simply reading & disassembling things, only to reassemble them. An avid learner, relentless in pursuing professional excellence, he began his career as an industrial hygiene technician, but eventually became an industrial hygienist & obtained over thirty-six specific technical specialist courses. His knowledge & skill led him to work for special causes, like the World Trade Center Recovery Team; important entities, like the Walter Reed Army Medical Center & the National Aeronautics and Space Administration; & made him a world traveler from Maryland to the Middle East, where he worked in Riyadh for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Milton Jr.; grandparents Rev. Robert E. & Susie Milton Sr., and Willie & Lula Bell Campbell; an uncle, Spencer Lee Campbell; and a favorite aunt, Mary Ella Johnson.
