Theresa Ann Mazzanti

Theresa Ann Mazzanti, 89, of Lake Village, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at her home. She was born October 4, 1927 to the late Lawrence & Hildred Hall in McGehee, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Aldo Mazzanti, her parents, a brother, and five sisters. Theresa's favorite past times were traveling the U.S.A with her husband in their RV. One of their favorite places to visit was Mission, Texas, where they spent several winters. They also loved to meet new friends while square dancing, even hosting round dances in their home. Theresa was one of the sweetest souls God ever made. Theresa is survived by a daughter, Shirley (Ned) Catalani of Lake Village, two sons; James R. Mazzanti of Hot Springs, Arkansas and David N. (Donna) Mazzanti of Little Rock, Arkansas, six grandchildren; Alex (Julie) Mazzanti, Chris (Allie) Mazzanti, Allen (Natalie) Mazzanti, Ashley (Brandon) Cliff, Tara (Nathan) Gladden, and Heather (Nick) Reed, and 13 great-grandchildren. The Rosary will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 21, 2017 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial following at 11 a.m. with Father Theo Okpara as celebrant. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Bishop-King Funeral Home of Lake Village, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
