Billie Nance, 79, passed away Friday, July 21. Survivors are sons, David (Tinker) Atkins of Charleston, Mo., and Michael Fite of Stuttgart; daughter, Holli Atkins of Almyra; brother, Larry Livingston; sister, Barbara Smith; three grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
