CLEVELAND BAILEY SR.,68, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life July 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by: by her parents O.D. Guy and Bernice Bailey and a brother John North. He leaves to cherish his memory: children, Tracy, Hakeem, and Cleveland Bailey Jr., Shevy Smith, and Rapheal Coleman, Siblings: Morisetta North, Bessie Bailey, Eddie North, Stella North, Cecil Mae Turner, Micheal Bailey, and Lisa Everett. 13 Grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of other family and friends.
