Saundra Gayle Linson, 70, of Bella Vista, passed from this life July 20, 2017 near Perry, Okla. She was born Oct. 24, 1946, in Fort Smith, to the late Harold and Bonnie Brown Carter. Gayle, along with life partner Otto Ising, loved to see the world from the seat of their motorcycle. They traveled extensively on two wheels, even venturing as far as Alaska. They owned and operated Pancakes Family Restaurant in Eureka Springs, before retiring, with the two Pans, Pancake and Pandora. She is survived by her partner of 35 years, Otto Ising; her son, LaRue Carter Linson and his wife Lisa McGill Linson of Little Rock; her sister, Brenda Matteson and her husband Jim of Rogers, Ark., as well as her niece and great niece, Michelle and Amelia Winsberg of Atlanta, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Timothy Harold Carter. The family will greet friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Edwards Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Woodlawn Memorial Park Chapel. Services and cremation are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
