Tommy Ray Neeley, 61, of Des Arc died Tuesday. Survivors include one son, Andy (Missy) Neeley, one daughter, Susan (Jordan) Martin, seven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, one sister, two nieces and a special friend, Patsy Roath.
