Gene Edward Young, 82, of Manfield, Texas departed this life June 2, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Miles and Beatrice Hendrix Young; son, Gene E. Young Jr.; siblings, Thomas Young Sr., Leon young Sr., Carolyn Jefferson; brother-in-law, Jimmy Jefferson. He leaves to cherish his memories with; wife, Mary Ann Young; children, Joyce Young, Deatrich Greenwood, Bolivia Young, Kenneth (Teresa) Young; step children, Addrian (Sidney) Thomas, Felecia (Derwin) Clark, Anthony (Kim) Thomas; siblings, Curtis (Patricia) Young Sr., Douglas (Jolene) Young; sister-in-law, Dorothy Young; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
