Victor Paul Hinze, 73, of Heth, Arkansas passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 31, 2017. Victor was born July 20, 1943, to parents Victor H. Hinze and Mildred Plafcan Hinze on a small farm in Belcher Arkansas. Eventually, he met the love of his life Doylene and the two were married for the next 48 wonderful years. Victor had an awesome love for the outdoors and duck hunting as the owner of the Lake House Hunting Club. He was instrumental in the founding of the annual West Memphis area Knights of Columbus Oyster Dinner. He thought the world of helping others. Victor's greatest love though was God. His strong faith as a longtime member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crawfordsville Arkansas was a shining light to his family. In their own words, Victor's greatest loves were God, Family, Farming, Slovak Arkansas and all of his tractors. Victor leaves behind his wife, Doylene; two sons; Mark Hinze (Katrina) of Heth Arkansas, Shane Hinze (Mandy) of Heth Arkansas, one daughter, Amy Marek (Jeff) of Hazen, Arkansas, three brothers; Tommy Hinze of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Michael Hinze (Sherry) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Bob Hinze (Mickey) of Heth, Arkansas; seven grandchildren, Derrick Reed, Ethan Hinze, Callin Hinze, Ella Marek, Isabella Hinze, Jaxson Hinze and Weston Hinze. Preceded in his death were his parents and a sister; Betty Hinze. In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests a contribution be made to the Saint Michael's Catholic Church or the charity of choice. Rosary was held at 5:30 p.m. on June 2, 2017, at the Saint Michael's Church in West Memphis with visitation following from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Services and burial were held June 3, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church located in Slovak, Arkansas.
