JAMES CHRISTOPHER CLOWNEY, 77, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life June 12, 2017. He was preceded in death by: father, Cato Clowney Sr.; mother, Luvenia Clowney; sister, Cassie Billingsley; sister, Jessie Mae Boyd. James leaves to cherish his memory: children, James Clowney Jr. and Anthony Johnson; siblings, John (Gloria) Clowney, Cato (Shirley) Clowney Jr., Laverne Taylor, and Beatrice Tabourn; a host nieces, nephews, family and friends.
