Audie Lee Slinkard

Audie Lee Slinkard, 58, of Rogers passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017. He was born July 15, 1958 in Rogers to the late Leslie Roy Slinkard and Jacqueline Arveta Curnutt Slinkard. He was also preceded by his beloved niece, Bette Ann Slinkard. Following graduation, he proudly served in the United States Air Force and was a long-time Walmart employee. He enjoyed camping, fishing, watching the Razorbacks and classic western movies. Those who will miss his great sense of humor include his children, Stephanie Slinkard of Rogers and Curtis Slinkard of Avoca; his siblings, Kaye Fellers (Tim), Roy Slinkard (Susie), Paula Lloyd (Kenneth) and Wendy Patterson (Phillip) all of Rogers; three step-children, LeAnn, Beverly and Jerry; four grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. A private funeral service, with full military honors, will be held at Fayetteville National Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
