Ruth Louise Cornelison

Ruth Louise Cornelison, 80, of Springdale, passed away June 23, 2017 in Springdale. She was born March 16, 1937 in Kingston, Ark., to Walter and Weltha (White) Johnson. Ruth was a member of Phillips Chapel in Springdale. She spent her life loving kids, having run Mamma Ruth's Daycare. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband David E. Cornelison, two brothers Ernest Johnson and Gerald Johnson, and one sister Betty Bond. Survivors include her daughters, Connie Tull and Ginger Cornelison, hers sons, Brian Cornelison and Jeffrey Ross all of Springdale; brother Rex Johnson; and sisters Ora Faye Chamlee, Linda Chamlee, Brenda Dearman all of Springdale and sister Alice Spears of Fort Smith. Memorial services will be Monday, June 26 at 10 a.m. at Phillips Chapel in Springdale. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Ark., 72762.
