Angela Lynn Phillips

Angela Lynn Phillips, 50, of Cabot died Thursday, June 22, 2017. She was born January 27, 1967 in Salinas, California to Laverne Elgen Adkins and the late Jack Dean Bell. Mrs. Phillips was very artistic. She did her own manicures and loved to have her nails painted. Her love for her family was fierce and her grandchildren were her world. She was loving and considerate to everyone and true to her family and friends. In her work as a nurse's assistant, she took great pride in the care she provided to her residents and patients. Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by Jack Dean Bell, her grandparents, David and Goldie Elgen and Margaret Gibson. Mrs. Phillips is survived by her daughters, Racheal Lee (Joseph) and Amanda McNeil (Brandon); grandchildren, Brookelyn Grace Lee, Ethan Lee, Emmersyn Lee, Alexis McNeil, Zoey McNeil and Skylar McNeil; parents, Sammy and Laverne Adkins; sisters, Candice Falls, Myke Holder and Brandy Maroney (Joshua) and brother, Jackie Bell.
