Carey Vance

Carey Vance, 68, of Alexander was born on July 19, 1948 and passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents Amos and Jessie Mae Vance. He is survived by his twin brother Larry Vance and his wife Kathy of Alexander, Arkansas and his sister, Brenda Hemphill and her husband George of Little Rock, Arkansas as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Carey was a student of world history and enjoyed doing research on the internet. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Little Rock and served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Germany. He loved his family and never missed a chance to send birthday cards to his nieces and nephews.
