Lester L Murph

Lester L. Murph, 65, of Conway, Arkansas, was called to his eternal home on Monday, June 26, 2017. He was born November 14, 1951 in El Dorado, Arkansas, to J.L. "Jake" and Reba "Hazel" (Duncan) Murph. Lester was a deacon of oneChurch in Conway and enjoyed helping others. Lester had a servant's heart and was a mentor to all. He was a member of A.B.L.E., Amputees Beyond Life's Expectations. Left to cherish his memory are his loving family members, life-long friend and wife of 33 years, Katie Murph; daughters, Rebecca Robertson (Justin), Rachel Browning (Brent); three grandchildren, Jaylin, Logan, and Brantley "Bubba" Robertson; his parents, J.L. "Jake" and Reba "Hazel" Murph; sister, Cindy Strauss (Scott); brothers, Randy Murph (Karen), and Paul Murph (Lisa). Lester was preceded in death by his grandparents and brother. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 28 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at One Church, 1073 Front St. in Conway.
