Brenda Kay Kent

BRENDA KAY KENT, 62, of Jacksonville, passed away on March 4, 2017 in Little Rock. She was born on April 25, 1954 in Little Rock to the late Kenneth Harrison Sr. and the late Sammie Dell (Collier) Harrison. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter; Michelle Emberton. Brenda was a member of the Rock City Harvest Church in Sherwood, Ark., and worked in production at Remington, Arms. Survivors include her husband, Michael Kent, one son; Charles "Chuck" Emberton, and wife, Leslie of Cabot, one step-son; Jason Kent, and wife, Shannon, of Jacksonville, one daughter; Melissa Wilson, of Jacksonville, three brothers; Kenneth Harrison Jr. of Mayflower, Lonzo Stafford of North Little Rock, Gary Stafford of North Little Rock, one sister; Lola Hubbard of North Little Rock, five grandchildren; Haley Emberton, Brittany Dobbins, Savannah Kent, Taylor Goldman, Jonathan Wilson. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Rock City Harvest Church in Sherwood, Ark. Entombment will follow in Rest Hills Mausoleum.
