Shelly Handly, age 80, of Monticello, passed away Monday, March 6, 2017 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. Graveside service will be 3 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Springfield-Handly Cemetery in the Plantersville Community.
