Georgia Marie Bedford

Georgia "Marie" Bedford, born January 15, 1923 departed this life March 7, 2017. She was a member of Park Place Baptist Church in central Arkansas. She leaves behind one daughter, Faye Atkins Bolin, one stepdaughter, Paulette West; three granddaughters, Kelly Prather, Katrina Hargan and Christina Johnson; seven great-grandchildren, Kayla Marie Yount, Josh and Jacob Prather, Andrew Arndt, Alexis Fernald, Haley Payne and Deven Hughes; and three great-great-grandchildren, Kynslee and Emery Yount and Hunter Hamillton. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Herman D. Atkins and Dr. W.O. Bedford; her parents, J.W. and Zelie Roberts; and four siblings, Hazel Phillips, Herman Roberts, Velma Caldwell and J.W. Roberts. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 11 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), 501-224-2200.
