Utako Kay Congleton

UTAKO "KAY" CONGLETON, age 87, of Jacksonville, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017. She was born June 13, 1929 in Hokkaido, Japan to the late Kenich and Yakoe Nose. She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, James Congleton; her brother, Shoji Nose; and brother-in-law Roy Congleton. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Sandra Meyers (Ron); her niece, Kelley Vollmar; brothers-in-law, Raymond Congleton, Jerry Ward (Rosanne), Tommy Ward, Terry Ward (Sue); sisters-in-law, Mary Harman, Jean Pass (Bill), Joyce Leiner (Lud); and various nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2016, at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, with a visitation from 1 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
