Jeanetta Kirtley

Jeanetta Kirtley, age 85, of Morrilton, Ark., passed away Friday, March 10, 2017. She was born June 22, 1931, in Grandview, Ark., a daughter of Ance Hill and Ida Carroll Hill. She was retired from Levi Strauss and member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband Milford Kirtley of Morrilton; children, Carl (Judy) Jones-Shipp of Plumerville, Buddy (Judy) Shipp, Kenny (Patty) Shipp, and Loretta Sweeden all of Morrilton; ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, three brothers, and a step-son, Coby Shipp. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, March 13, 2017, at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Verlon Wood and Bro. James Mullins officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Youth Building Fund, Morrilton, Ark.
