Brenda French

Brenda French, 63, of Sherwood, passed away March 13, 2017. She was born to Johnny and Florence Fisher on April 6, 1953 in Austin, Arkansas. Brenda was a longtime member of Baring Cross Baptist Church where she was very active. She enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Frank Fisher, and her nephew, Brent Fisher. She is survived by her husband, George French; her children, Shawn (Amy) French, Lauri (Jesse) Gruber, Eddie (Tara) French; her siblings, Billy Fisher and Loy Fisher; her grandchildren, Chloe, Sophie, Jason, Jared, Jacob, Nicholas; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Visitation will be held at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Baring Cross Baptist Church on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 2 p.m. An online guestbook is available at www.griffinleggettresthills.com.
