Thelma Fay Harris

Thelma Fay Harris, 89, of Fayetteville, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 in Fayetteville. She was born November 20, 1927 in Kansas City, Mo. to Roscoe and Marie Collier Oxford. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bennie Harris to whom she was married 55 years; a son, Gary Harris; a twin sister; and a brother. Thelma is survived by a daughter, Sherry Carroll and partner, Tim Edwards; two granddaughters, Stephanie Mounce and husband, Jeremy of Lowell and Katlyn Murray and husband, Taylor of Springdale; and three great-grandchildren, Cooper and Ava Mounce and Peyton Murray. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Don Warford officiating.
