Addison Scott Duke

Addison Scott Duke, of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 21, 1992 at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the son of Clay Duke and Tamela "Tami" McClain Duke Clark. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Sheridan, and was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed duck and deer hunting and fishing. Addison was an electrician at Coker Electric and was a member of IBEW Local 295. Addison died Sunday, March 19, 2017 at his home, near Sheridan, at the age of 24. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Scottie and Verlon McClain and Clarence and Patricia Duke, and an uncle, Danny Duke. Survivors include his wife and daughter, Madison and Addley Grace Duke of Sheridan; father and step-mother, Clay and Deborah Duke of East End; mother and step-father, Tamela "Tami" and Tommy Clark of Sheridan; brother and sister-in-law, Colton and Samantha Duke of Lowell; step-brother, Austin Holloway of Star City; step-sister, Jessica Simmons and husband Jake of Sheridan; brother-in-law, Dalton Harp of Sheridan; Nieces and nephews, Cashton Duke, Clark Simmons, Makenna Simmons and Hailee Duke, who's on the way soon. He is also survived by a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 24, 2017 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan. Burial will follow at Center Campground Cemetery, near Sheridan. Visitation is Thursday, 6-8 p.m. Pallbearers: Clay Duke, Colton Duke, Charles Alex Crouse, Dalton Harp, Cody Hardwick, Dakota Dunaway, John Scott, Austin Davis.
