Alma Forgey Temple entered into eternal rest on March 18, 2017. She was born Aug. 15, 1938 in Charenton, La. She lived a life of service to her family and as a nurse, her patients. She gave and loved even when it was not returned. One of her favorite sayings was, "live a virtuous life, one day you will be glad you did" and she set that example. She leaves to cherish her love and her memory three children, Bobby Temple, William Temple, and Kimberly Temple, 11 grandchildren, and some special people who were like family to her, Shelton Adams, Israel Webb, Dr. Kimberly Curseen, Leah Welch and family, Sandy Wheeler and family, Stan Hilliard, Lori Floyd, May Vance and Bonnie Boward. Thank you all for your kindness. A special thanks to Dr. Masil George and the staff at the Thomas and Lyons Longevity Center, Dr. Benjamin Starnes and staff at Arkansas Cardiology, and the great folks at Save On Drugs, thanks for the many years of excellent care. Thank you Donny McCuien, Dr. D and staff at 501 Pain and Rehab for all the help in more recent years. "The world is a wonderful and beautiful place, we have allowed it to get ugly and crazy. Life is short, love one another, protect the innocent children and animals. May God be with you all. " Arrangements by Bishop Crites Funeral Home. A Memorial Service to be held April 30, 2017.
