Ernest Piggee

Ernest Piggee, 65, of Little Rock, slept peacefully into eternity Saturday, March 25, 2017. He had been employed for 43 years at Reynolds Packaging/Alcoa Aluminum and was nearing retirement. He was a 1970 graduate of Joe T. Robinson High School and attended Philander Smith College. He adored his family and loved westerns, bowling, and a good game of spades. Survivors are his wife of 45 years, Wilma Piggee; son, Adrain Wilson (Carolyn); daughter, Belinda Bell (Darico); two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings, Ralph, Roy, Glenn, Elmerine, and Rita Piggee, Sarah Hendrix, Frances Autry, LaQuita Piggee-Carter, Dana Piggee-Pettus, Yolanda Walker-Green, Percy Walker, and Betty Sue Edwards; and godson, Lyle "Chubby" Talbert. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 1, at Second Baptist Church, 1709 John Barrow Road. Perpetual care entrusted Walton GateWay Funeral Chapel, Inc., 2405 South Gaines Street.
