FRED H. FAAS, M.D., 78, of Little Rock, Arkansas went home to be with the Lord on April 27, 2017. Burial will be held Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 9am, Roselawn Memorial Park, Little Rock. The Celebration of Life service will follow at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Little Rock, 62 Pleasant Valley Drive. Visitation will follow the service.
