John Samuel Thornton, 85, Bella Vista, passed away April 29, 2017 at his home with the love of his life, Carol, beside him. Survived by wife, Carol, four children, six stepchildren, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Celebration of life will be at later date in Iowa.
