Dorothy Patricia "Patsie" Booth Gordon born November 29, 1925 to the late Earl Jacob and Mary Agnes Booth, went to her eternal home with our Heavenly Father on Wednesday May 3, 2017. Patsie graduated from Mabelvale High School June 1, 1944. On January 23, 1947 she married the love of her life, the late Hubert Haskell "HH" Gordon. They purchased land in Ferndale, AR and operated Gordon's Dairy, along with owning and operating Gordon's Grocery and Service Station until they retired in 1981. Even though she faced many great loses in her life she always remained a kind and thoughtful soul with a positive outlook on life. From losing her parents at a young age, a son to the Vietnam War, then later her husband, and both siblings she remained strong in her faith. She was a charter member of Christ the King Catholic Church and was a Eucharistic Minister until her health no longer allowed her to serve in that capacity. She would tell anyone that asked that her family was her greatest accomplishment in life. She loved to tell stories about her children, grand-children, and great grand-children and talk about how proud she was of them. She always made sure that her family and anyone she met knew how much they meant to her and how much they had touched her lives; while the whole time she was the one who touched the heart and souls of anyone she met and they instantly loved her. She was known to so many as "Aunt Patsie" because in their mind she was like a second mother. Someone that loved them unconditionally and would do anything she could to help them in their life. The loss of someone that touched the hearts, souls, and lives of so many will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Mary Agnes Booth, her husband Hubert Haskell "HH" Gordon, her son Hubert Haskell Gordon Jr. "Buddy", her sister Mary Agnes Gordon "Bootsie", and her brother Reverend Earl Jacob Booth Jr. "Skip". She is survived by her son Neal Gordon and wife Kuba of Ferndale, AR; Three grandchildren Neal Booth Gordon Jr. "BJ" and wife Kim of Monticello, Ark.; Chasity Kaye Taylor and husband Matt of Ferndale, Ark.; and Candice Leigh Gordon Alciato Botta and husband Davide of Prato, Italy. Seven great-grandchildren Breeann Kaylee Taylor, Carl Matthew Taylor Jr. "CJ", Jude Calvert Gordon, Elim Eloise Gordon, Samantha Danielle Taylor, Donnie Grace Gordon, and Mena Psalm Gordon. She is also survived by one close family friend that has been like another son to her Lee Lambert and wife Tammy, their daughter, Randi Prater and husband Jack and daughter, Riley. In addition, a whole host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great-nephews. Visitation will be held at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home located at 5800 W. 12th Street Little Rock, Ark. from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday May 7, 2017.
