Amy Medlock Grant

AMY MEDLOCK GRANT, 92, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully on May 5, 2017. She is survived by her grandson, Artie "Trey" Gregory III, of Scott, Ark.,; two sisters, Savannah Lou Medlock Mason of Tulsa, Okla., and Jennifer Sloan of Norman, Okla.; 11 nieces and nephews and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Artie Gregory Sr., Paul Leird and Richard Grant, her son, Artie Gregory Jr., her parents, A.T. "Truck" and Beatrice Mae Leavell Medlock, formerly of Morrilton, Ark., sisters, Syble Leavell Medlock Lockart and Iris Mae Medlock Mitchell, and brothers, Harold and Hershel Medlock. Amy was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, and enjoyed her many works as a volunteer with women of the Church and Sunday School. Visitation will be held Monday, May 8 from 4-6 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Amy's wishes were for her graveside service to be private. In lieu of flowers, she requested that memorials be designated to the Second Presbyterian Church, 600 Pleasant Valley Drive, Little Rock, Ark. 72227.
