Judy Ann Blair Welton, 68, of Rogers passed away May 4, 2017. She was born June 1, 1948 in Modesto, Calif., to Charles and Estelle Blair. Survived by her husband William; her children Ryan Sunday, William Sunday and Cerina Doyle; her sister Ruby Cannon and six grandchildren.
