Bridges Jr. (Stephanie) of Atlanta, Texas and daughter, Michelle Bridges Woods of Maumelle, Ark. Also cherished to survive are her grandchildren, Steven Michael Bridges of Maumelle, Ark., Jordan Ashley Bridges of Haughton, La., Jennifer Paige Bridges and Amanda Elizabeth Dodson, both of Atlanta, Texas. Other survivors include three sisters, Beverly Lanier (Jim) of Russellville, Ark., Johnnie Neu (Bill) of Benton, Ark., and Marita Bivins of Little Rock, Ark., and her predeceased husband, Gale Bivins; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, children of her siblings. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph James, Sr., Fern Summerville James and her Step-Mother, Edna Mae Ray James. Also preceded by one brother, Ralph N James Jr. and wife, Shirley James and one niece, Teresa Neu. She will be dearly missed by all members of her family, especially her loving husband of 54 years, Woody and daughter, Michelle, who were her care givers for the last two and a half years. We wish to thank the nurses and medical personnel at UAMS and Hospice Home Care of Little Rock for taking care of her where her final days were spent. Also, we'd like to thank Jeff Nolen, PT, of Intrepid Home Health. Visitation will be held today, Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct.
