Steven Clark Otts, of Vilonia, died peacefully in Veterans Hospital on May 04, 2017 in Little Rock, Ark., at the age of 61. Steven was born on July 27, 1955 in Little Rock, Ark., to R.E. Otts Jr. and Alene (Taylor) Otts. He was a Vietnam Veteran in the United States Navy. He was recognized as Sir Knight Steven Clark Otts Sr., member of the Mary Williams Masonic Lodge #307, 33 degree Scottish Right, York Rite Mason, and Knights Templar, Order of the Eastern Star, Hugh De Payens Commandery Knights Templar. Steven is survived by his wife of 42 years, Carma Otts of the home; Son, Steven Otts Jr. (Chandra) of Vilonia; Daughters, Ginger Carter (Shawn) of Vilonia; Angela Dougan (David) of Conway; Leslie Thomas (Sean) of North Little Rock; brothers, Mel (Cara) of Little Rock; Rodney (Lisa) of Oppelo, Ark.; David (Jola) of Vilonia; sisters, Rosalyn Lipe (Bruce) of Villa, Ark.; Connie Brixie (Eddie) of Little Rock. Mother, Alene Otts of Oppelo, Ark.; and 11 grandchildren. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday, May 8, 2017 at Crystall Hill Baptist Church, 18823 Crystal Valley Road, Little Rock. Interment will be at noon Monday at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Ark.
