Holly A. (Shumaker) Roscoe, 60, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away May 7, 2017. She was born April 7, 1957, in Hot Springs to Roy Edward and Wanda Odell (Thomaston) Shumaker. Holly was of the Baptist faith. She was a homemaker, firefighter's wife, and past President of Hot Springs Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Holly was a volunteer for Arkansas Professional Firefighters/Arkansas Children's Hospital Burn Camp Sunshine for 22 years. She also started the Annual Firefighters Haunted Hallway. Holly was an avid bird watcher, gardener, and loved her animals. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving husband of 30 years, Norman Roscoe of Hot Springs; son, Roy Allen Myers (Marie) of West Memphis, Arkansas; daughter, April Eilean Sloger of San Antonio; sisters, Michelle Lynch (Larry), Kathy O'Bryant both of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Gabriel Myer and Lilly Myers; nieces, Logan and Isabella; and nephews, Shawn and Kaiden. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. A celebration of Holly's life will be 2 p.m. Friday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home with Pastor Andrew Gonzalez officiating.
