Geneva Pettypool

Geneva Pettypool, 84, of Beebe, Ark., went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 9, 2017. Born in 1933 to Charlie and Lessie Barrentine, she was the baby of 17 children. Geneva was a loving, dedicated and devoted mother, grandmother and wife who passed that love and care for her family on to her children. She was a Christian who loved everyone and never missed a chance to pass out hugs. She enjoyed long drives and the chance to just look at beautiful scenery. Geneva is survived by her husband of 67 years, Herbert "Herb" Pettypool; son, David (Sara) Pettypool; daughter, Lillie (Brandon) Cross; eight grandchildren, Brooklyne, Alexander, Kaitlyn, Corey, Callie, Justice, Hailey and William; four great-grandchildren, Jaslene, Anistasia, Kabria and Trevin, and one on the way, Baby Jackson; and her brother, Joel Barrentine. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Patricia Ann Greer; and many brothers and sisters. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478 Oklahoma City, Okla. 73123.
