Louise Williams Heath, 90, of Hot Springs died Tuesday, May 16, 2017. Survivors include Kathleen Moore of Hot Springs, John "Bucky" Williams of Jefferson, four sisters, four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
