Franklin Roy Dunn

Franklin Roy Dunn, 74, of Benton, passed away May 22, 2017. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee on March 16, 1943 to Virgil and Ernestine Clark Dunn. Frank attended White Haven High School in Memphis. He enjoyed in his early years being a Motivational Speaker. Frank later worked in Communications. He was an avid Razorback Fan, enjoying the outdoors, raising and showing his Collies and driving the SCAT Bus. Frank had made many friends over the years. He was a member and elder of the 1st Presbyterian Church of Benton. Frank was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Kaye Dunn of Benton, mother, Ernestine Dunn of Benton, daughters, Tamara (Mark) Rees of Jonesboro, Dana Kaye (Clay) Wiggins of Booneville, grandchildren, Grant Wiggins, Chase Wiggins, Reagan Rees, Kendal Rees and Zachary Rees. Chapel services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 10 a.m. Saturday with Pastor Dari Rowan officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Avilla.
