Lucille E. Lewallen

Lucille E. Lewallen, age 93, of Benton passed away on Friday May 26, 2017. She was born Oct. 19, 1923 in Bradford, Ark. Lucille was a retired LPTN at Alcoa and a member of Marlow Missionary Baptist Church in Ico, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bro. Charles Lewallen, parents, Walter and Virgie Stinnett Scoggin, son, Jackie Lewallen and a daughter, Charlotte Wilkerson. Survivors son and daughter-in-law, Terry (Bitsy) Lewallen, Bryant; daughter and son-in-law, Peggy (James) Hampton, Benton; brother, Joe Terry, Hot Springs; sister, Louise Yates, Bismarck; eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday before the service. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Cameron Cemetery. Minister will be Bro.
