Domenick Joseph Yezzi Jr. of North Little Rock, Arkansas was born in Flushing, New York on July 11, 1948 to Domenick and Virginia Yezzi. Dom passed away on May 27, 2017. Dom graduated from Holy Cross High School in Flushing, New York and earned a degree from Sienna College in Loudonville, New York and a Master's Degree from Long Island University in Brookville, New York. Dom spent most of his career in the insurance business, thirty of those years at Insurance Services Office before retiring in July 2007 and moving to Arkansas. After his retirement, he and Karen traveled all around the United States and all over the world. They made it to all fifty states, many of them multiple times and to all seven continents and 69 countries, many of them multiple times. Dom was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife Karen Yezzi, of North Little Rock, Ark.; his daughters, Carly Yezzi of Stamford, Conn. and Beth Constantine (Jason) of Arlington, Va.; his step-daughter, Susan Regan of Little Rock, Ark.; his grandchildren, Lucy and Chase Constantine of Arlington, Va. Dom is also survived by his siblings of New York: Joyce (Jerry) Kochman, Judy (Bill) Hammond, Joanne (Tony) Maneri, Ginger (Jackie) Comitino and Tom Yezzi; as well as his sister-in-law, Peggy (Robert) Gay, brothers-in-law, Butch (Paula) Hastings and Mark (Kelli) Hastings all of Arkansas. The family wishes to thank Dr. Gautam Gandhi at Baptist Health Neurosurgery, Dr. Mark Storey and Dr. Diane Wilder at CARTI and their staffs for their care during his six-month battle with glioblastoma. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
