Shelby Gene Griffis, 77, of Batesville died Sunday. He retired as a service technician with Quality Heat and Air. Survivors: wife, Elizabeth Anne (Yates) Griffis; stepson, Mark Crutcher; daughters, Tonya (Griffis) Lewis (Earl), Kim Williams; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. No services are planned.
