Scott Scruggs

Scott Scruggs, 67, of Pine Bluff, died at home Oct. 31, 2017. He was born March 26, 1950, to the late Grover and Wanda Scruggs. He attended Watson Chapel, and later graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. Scott was an account executive with First Arkansas Insurance for 23 years.
