Charles Edward Martin

Charles Edward Martin, 48, of Cabot, Ark., passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017. Born June 1, 1969, to Eddie and Betty Martin in North Little Rock, he was a devoted father to two beautiful daughters. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family at Lake Nimrod. He was employed with Weyerhaeuser and most recently at Dassault Falcon Jet. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Ferol and Troy Fulmer; his namesake and Uncle Charles Fulmer; and two Aunts Kathryn Roth and Joy Jackson. Left to cherish his memory are both his mother and father; his wife Lorrain Martin; daughters Amber (Darren) Tedford and Laura Martin; granddaughter Madeline Tedford; siblings Shelli (Mark) Perry and Julie Hoskins; nieces and nephews Stefani (Max) Ford, Ben Perry, Hannah Perry, Faith Alexander, and Caleb Hoskins, as well as a host of cousins, extended family, and anyone fortunate enough to call him friend. His celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at New Covenant Family Ministries Church: 1245 Parkway Dr., North Little Rock. His visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, from 6-8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home: 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, Ark. Willy Baker will be officiating.
