Georgia Anne Smith, 57, of Vilonia, Arkansas, lost her valiant fight against breast cancer on Sunday, the 19thof November, 2017 at UAMS in Little Rock. Georgia was a long-time resident of Vilonia, an avid gardener, a gifted quilter, and a Razorbacks football fan. She loved the holiday season, spending time with her family, and babysitting her niece, Becca. She impacted many lives through her 28 years of work as an occupational therapist, including the lives of her colleagues and students at St. Vincent's North Rehabilitation Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, William Smith; two sons, Luke and Bradley Smith; two sisters, Denise Hicks, her husband Jeremy, and their daughter Rebecca of Cabot, and Jerry Procell, her husband Johnny, and her sons Brian and Jimmy J Pitre.; and her Mother, Katherine Gentry of Taylor, Ark. Her father, George Bowman, preceded her in death. Visitation will be held Friday, November 24, 2017 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 10 a.m., also at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home.
