William C. Starkey Jr.

Mr. William C. Starkey Jr., age 82, of Jasper, Ga. passed away Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper. Bill proudly served in the United States Army, was a member of Masonic Lodge Arkansas, and a 32nd Degree Shriner. Bill is survived by his wife, Shelby Starkey of Jasper; daughters, Carla Holloway of Cincinnati, Ohio and Connie Williams of Greenwood, Ark.; step-daughters, Lana Bruce and Shannon Thompson; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 27, 2017 at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga.
