Daniel Myrvin Elam

Daniel Myrvin "Dan" Elam, age 70, of Searcy, died Saturday, November 25, 2017 in Searcy. He was born December 18, 1946 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Myrvin Clark Elam and Mary Ann Stocko Elam. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Carol Elam; two sons, Chris Elam of San Antonio, Texas, Sean Elam of Fayetteville; one daughter, Amy Elam of Searcy; and his twin brother, Dave Elam and wife Teresa of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Julie Elam. Visitation is Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home. Funeral services are Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at White County Memorial Gardens.
