U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. Ret. William Adams, 71, of Cherokee Village, died October 1, 2017. Survivors include his wife, Lyndia; daughter, Benita; grandson, Cody; and two sisters. Visitation is 1 p.m. Friday, in Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel at Highland; graveside service will follow at 3:30 p.m. in Randolph Memorial Gardens, Pocahontas.
