Billie Cowling

Billie Cowling, 77, of Foreman, Ark., passed away Oct. 6, 2017 in Foreman. Mrs. Cowling was born July 16, 1940 in England, Ark., to Jesse and Zettie Ward. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Foreman, Ark. She was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and one grandson. Survivors include her husband, Otto Cowling of Foreman, two sons and one daughter-in-law, Eric Cowling of Collierville, Tenn., and Scott and Marsha Cowling of El Dorado, Ark., one daughter and son-in-law, Karen Kay and Zine Brooks Smith of Madison, Ala., seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017 from 4–6 p.m., at the Madden Funeral Chapel in Foreman, Ark. Services will be Sunday, Oct. 8, 2017 at 2:00 at First Baptist Church of Foreman, Ark., with Duaine Blackmore officiating. Interment to follow at Dollarhide Cemetery.
