Winnie Kinsey, age 73, of Russellville, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017, at St. Vincent's Hospital in North Little Rock. She was born on Sept. 28, 1944, in Fayetteville to Glen and Tressie Baker Wing. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Russellville and a part of international missions. She was also a college professor at the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville for 17 plus years. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Mike Kinsey of Russellville; a son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Amy Kinsey of Malaysia; a daughter and son-in-law, Amy and David Billyard of Russellville; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Connie and Carl Hoffman of Rogers, and Gayle and Charles O'Donnell of Fayetteville; seven grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kerrigan, Kimberly, and Kurt Kinsey, and Josh, Tanner, and Braxton Billyard; one great-granddaughter, Madelyn Billyard. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Monday, Oct. 9, 2017, at the First Baptist Church in Russellville with the Rev. Greg Sykes officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville at 3 p.m., Monday and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 1-2 p.m., at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Lottie Moon Foreign Missions, in care of First Baptist Church, P.O.
