Minnie Sue Coburn

Minnie Sue Coburn, 84, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away September 30, 2017. She was born May 21, 1933 in Rison, Arkansas to the late Penn and Ruth Raymick. Sue loved gardening, as well as cooking, especially for her family. She was an avid Razorbacks fan and a loyal supporter of the Conway Wampus Cats. Sue is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde Coburn; and her brother, Bill Raymick. She is survived by her son, Mike Coburn (Debra) of Conway, Arkansas; Mike and Debra's children, Brittany Schraml (Tony) of Grand Prairie, Texas, Corey Coburn (Nicole) of Savannah, Texas, and Amanda Coburn of the home; her daughter, Penny Goodson (John) of Vilonia, Arkansas; Penny and John's children, Taryn Tucker (Jerrime) of Vilonia, Arkansas and Jacob Goodson of the home; and six great-grandchildren. The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Lawrence Mendelsohn and his staff, to Dr. Mark Gibbs, and nursing staff on 4A at Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CARTI or to the Baptist Health Foundation. Graveside service will be held Saturday, October 14, 2017, at 10 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Hwy. 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas 72002 with Dr. Paul R. Sanders officiating.
